The staff were very friendly,the rooms were exceptionally clean and the balcony view was amazing.

The toiletries were cheap and not good for the skin especially the liquid soap

- Staffs are welcoming - Fried rice taste so good - Big room with decent price - Location is closed by Songklha old town with 9 mins dive

- Poor management We asked for delay check out and the staff confirmed our check out time at 1 pm. Anyway, around 12 pm the maid used card to opened our door twice and the receptionist called if we were leaving our room so we reminded them they have confirmed our late check put. Apart from that everything is okay.

Nice clean hotel not far from the centre of town

Its not the best location if you don't have a car but the staff are friendly, the breakfast is decent and the pool is a bonus. There are some places to eat near by (street food and restaurants) and 2 hostess bars if u are into that. The 7/11 is 5 mins walk away and the mini van from Hat Yai dropped me very close by on the main rd (tell the driver the hotel name). Going back, there is a songthaew into Hat Yai on the main road. If you want to go to the airport try to negotiate for an extra 200 after everyone else gets off.

Room service food wasn't the best but I was feeling ill at the time. The neighbourhood is dodgy at night

Service and breakfast was great, just the pool was a big let down, its 50baht ride into town

breakfast was excellent both Asian and Western food

Hoovering constantly between 9am-1pm the swimming pool had a cage around the edge of the pool so hard to get in, and it didn't stop them pooping into it, etc, kinda unattractive and off-putting for my little baby to dip in.

Comfortable and spacious but rooms vary in value

Comfortable and easy going. Lots of space

Junior suite (only rooms supposedly available when we booked) don't have promised balcony or lake view on 2nd floor. Standard or superior rooms higher up, better value.

There was no hot water on Monday morning.

There was no hot water on Monday morning. There were ants running around on the table in the dinning room. The rates are high and then we get charged for coffee in the room, a first for me. I booked a room with a bath and when i arrived only a shower was given to me, I then had to get the staff to change this.
